The cost of a single module for one task / job (e.g. Label Printing) is one annual software license fee. Fees differ for different systems based on complexity (but fees are fixed price).

The cost of a multiple modules, for several tasks / jobs (e.g. Goods In, Order Picking) is one annual software license fee for the first module + a smaller annual software license fee per extra module + a small license annual fee if a portable terminal is used (because terminal need software too).

Terminal licenses can allow the migration from one type of terminal to another; without the expense of a whole new system. You can take advantage of new hardware or change hardware when equipment needs replacing (i.e. if the model you are using is replaced by a different model).

For example, the terminal can be used for more than Serial Tracking - for example we provide a menu like this;

We also typically include an extra license (the extra 1 is FREE) - for each solution - so any expansion of the use of the software doesn't incur any cost at all; and if you need more than 2 licenses the cost is not prohibitive - it gets lower. The additional license can be invaluable - it gives you a hot backup system - an extra system that's there if your main PC system needs repair; so there is no drama.

If our software system (e.g. a module for £1,200 per year) serves you well for 10 years (i.e. a decade) you will have only paid £12,000 (over those 10 years - if you keep using it). As a comparison, just 1 or 2 staff that greatly benefit from the software, to do their job, would be paid £300,000 by you (i.e. £0.3 Million over that same period). The system will always be compatible with your scanners and how you work; even if you change how you work.

FREE upgrades, FREE modifications and FREE extended hours support - which gives you a system that does exactly what you want now and any time in the future.

Why are FREE upgrades important? Any system from ANY company may stop working if you ever upgrade your system (so access to upgrades is quite important - we include this for FREE). You can't buy a system that would guarantee to work after an upgrade - it is impossible to guarantee. That is why we know people value upgrades. TIP: Also - with our systems - you don't have to upgrade, if you don't want to - we don't force you to change anything you don't want to - which alone can save you a lot of money and stress.

Why are FREE modifications very useful? It's like FREE insurance. No business stays for ever with exactly the same customers, with the same requirements, same business practices and same staff, same computer systems. In fact you are considering some changes right now; otherwise you would not be reading this. When something does change you do not want unexpected costs - or worse; having to buy a whole new system. FREE modifications does not just mean FREE - it also means 'available'.
